Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible in accordance with § 7, Par. 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages pursuant to general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not, however, obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or saved external information or to carry out research on circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block usage of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability with respect to this is first possible as of the point in time at which knowledge of a concrete legal violation exists. We will immediately remove such content as soon as we become aware of the corresponding legal violations.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to the external websites of third parties, the content of which we have no influence upon. We can therefore also assume no liability for this external content. Exclusively responsible for the content of the linked pages is the respective provider or operator of the pages. At the time the links were set up, all linked pages were checked for potential infringements of law. Illegal content was not recognisable at the point in time of linking.
